Ive subscribed for a number of years to Birdguides, and despite some grumblings to the changes made I decided I would stick with them. I paid my renewal on Monday morning, it is now Tuesday night and it is still not operational - i.e. - I cant access any bird news. Has anyone else had this ridiculous situation when they renewed?
They also appear incapable of replying to emails - I have sent a fair few - some before I renewed as I had some questions to ask, and some since renewal asking when it will actually work! Still waiting for a reply to all of them! I have been unable to call them as currently looking after my little kids. They may regret not replying to my emails if I have to ring them!!
