over 2 days here i seen 2 magpies 2 bitterns 1 kingfisher 3 moorhens 9 little egrets i wood pigion 3 marsh harriers 1 pair of mute swans with signet with 4 mute swans 6 cormrants 1 avocet a very high numbers of graylag geese 1 greensandpipper 2green shanks 7 lapwings 1 teal 1 dunlin 1 wood sandpiper and a high number of canada geese. there was a pectoral sandpiper there was a man there and he said the pectoral sand piper had lost its way he said it should be in russia at this time of year also i have never seen a kingfisher or any bitterns so i had a great time there .i hope i have put this in the write place if not please put it the write place i hope you like what i have seen plese let me know.B :):t:;)
 
You certainly saw a good selection, Derek, and it sounds like you enjoyed your visits.
