Sparrow ID (Northern Virginia) (1 Viewer)

Hi, I took this picture today in Northern Virginia.

The light was very dim; at first I thought it was a Song Sparrow, but upon closer look, I think its "throat" is rather dark and unlike the typical Song Sparrows I've seen. I looked up my bird book, and Savannah Sparrow comes close, but I am not fully convinced of either one.

So what is it?

Thanks in advance,
Howard
