Song Sparrow? - Northern Cali
I saw this bird at Gold Bluffs Beach up in Northern California. Is this a song sparrow? I never got to see his chest to look for the distinctive black spot.

Probably a Song Sparrow. Gray face with reddish crown look good. Bill is too deep for any wren.
