On Sunday we did our autumn partridge count. Very wet fields restricted the are we could cover. We found one covey of four - all adults, 2m, 2f. Harvest rcords showed we have a covey of 11, probably all adults; and a covey of 10, adult mf and 8 young. 2 Others seen at harvest are almost certainly now in the 4 seen today.
Total this year 25.
