Hooking camera up to bins (1 Viewer)

After seeing that the adapter I ordered for my camera and scope also can be hooked up to a pair of bins, I was wondering if it would make a difference as to which eyepiece the adapter should be attached to the bins? Would it attach to the eye piece where you make the adjustment for eyesight or would it matter at all?
