Excellent service from Opticron (1 Viewer)

Yesterday (28th May) I ordered a Telephotoadapter and T2 mount for my Opticron HR66. I specifically inquired as to whether I could receive it the next day. I was politely told that even if I paid the surcharge for next day delivery, there was no guarantee that it arrive.

As this is a Bank Holiday weekend I resigned myself to delivery on Tuesday. So I was surprised when this morning the local Postman delivered the goods from Opticron.

A truly excellent service has me Digiscoping around like a 'kid' at christmas.

I think you have to give credit to the delivery firm, in this case I believe it was Parcelforce. Although Maria and Kyla in our order processing team do indeed have some mystical powers, I think it's beyond even them to have a fluence over the vagaries of the courier companies! P'raps the driver wanted to get his round done promptly and settle down to watch the footie/rugby/cricket :)
