Seen at London Wetlands today.
Was wondering what the tiny, brown ram's horn shaped object is on this female?

It's a tiny Ram'sHorn Snail. She must've picked it up while egg-laying.

Thanks Ashley and Phil, it did look like a snail to me (hence my description) although it looks in an odd position- maybe it's an empty shell that has just got stuck side on.
