Snow geese reported in Argyll...any recent sign? (1 Viewer)

Bird news services were reporting a couple of snow geese most days near Point Sands Holiday park last week, but there's been nothing since. Does anyone know if the birds have cleared off, or if it's just that the observer(s) have cleared off?

Probably still around - they were with the regular wintering flock of Greenland White-fronts so may well stay around for the winter - the geese do move around and some of the feeding fields aren't as user friendly as the ones at the holiday park.

cheers, Andrew

I went yesterday and the geese are still present visible from the road in the field about 5 fields along from the track to the holiday park.
