Female Cardinal (?) Ohio USA (1 Viewer)

After looking at the photos members have posted I'm pretty sure the bird I photographed yesterday is in fact a female Cardinal. So, I'm posting the photo just to be sure I am correct. I haven't seen one when it wasn't in her nest and that is why seeing this bird surprised me.

I used my digital Canon PowerShot SX10IS with the zoom at max 80x.
