I am not sure on the Sparrow for the first. The second is a Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Maybe Savannah for the sparrow (short notched tail, small bill, pink legs) but hard to say

The sparrow looks good for Savannah on yellowish foresupercilium spot and structure (short-tailed).

Could #1 be a Vesper Sparrow?

I see a big eye ring on the sparrow. I'm with emupilot. Vesper.

The Supercillium seems to be complete! which I believe is more consistent with Savannah. I'm also seeing a more rufous area surrounding the cheeks/auriculars which I believe is not a feature for Vesper? Thus on balance this appears to be a
'Reddish typical adult'.....as shown in Sibley?

#1 is a Savannah Sparrow. Dark eyeline and dark malar are inconsistent with Vesper.
