I don't have much experience with Swarovski yet, but I tend to agree. They sent me a free "replacement" eyecup for my new STM scope so that I can try to adapt it for getting closer to the lens with my glasses on.
On the other hand, I had to get some things done a few times on Leica items, and I always got a bill.
