There is a problem with the distribution for this species, or at least so it seems. In the distribution is listed a large number of countries, and under taxonomy are listed the ranges of each subspecies as I found it in the Clements checklist. Especially Costa Rica in the first listing seems off, I would have expected Panama to be included if Costa Rica is correct. Also Colombia seems wrong if Clements is right. If there are anyone who knows better than I do, could you take a look and correct the mess?

thanks
Niels

I have just received my copy of the Birds of Panama, and that seems to have solved the problem: Costa Rica is included in the range based on a single specimen, and the bird has not been registered in Panama.
