Opticron UDCA (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
Hope someone can advise/comment please. Has anyone experience of these adaptors? I have heard they are fiddly but am running into problems regarding an adaptor.
I have Opticron ES80 scope and LumixS7 digi camera. Was delighted when Opticron recently brought out a kit. Due to arthritis my hand held attempts are very poor and really need an adaptor of some sort. Sadly I can't get the kit or even the bracket separately.
Therefore am looking at the possibility of the UDCA.

Thanks in anticipation,

Hugh

Hi,

I would not recommend the UDCA, having tried one for my ES80. I found it far too fiddly, having to keep swinging it back and forth and it was awkward to attach in a stable fashion especially as I had a zoom eyepiece. I was fortunate in that the company I bought it from swapped it for an adaptor for my digital compact camera. I would suggest that you contact them as I believe they will sell you the adapters you need for your FS7. The link below takes you to the relevant page.
