Northern Rough-winged Swallow? (1 Viewer)

Progne Subis

Bird is the word...

This photo was taken at Nisqually NWR (southern end of the Puget Sound) last week. There were plenty of Tree Swallows around in the area so I was just wondering whether this was a juv. Tree or a Rough-winged, I'm not quite sure.
