Hi,

Beginning of this month, in the grounds of the hotel I was staying.
1- Jungle Myna?
2- No idea, could not get better view before dissapearing
3,4 - All Black Kites?

It is has been 28 years since I was in Nepal, but I think I know these:

1) Jungle Myna
2) Common Tailorbird
3-4) Black Kites
