Thanks for the answer! Look similar, but can it be nuthatches?

Yes I think you may be right - I freeze framed near the end of the video and they do look more like Siberian nuthatch. My first reaction was nuthatch but they looked particularly brightly coloured. Pretty aggressive!!

Yes, the video is not clear, I was worried when the shot was afraid that they will fly away :)
I also have doubts over-brightness. On book photos nuthatches look much dimmer.
 
Eurasian Nuthatches Sitta europaea - easily identifiable by the tail pattern; by location, they are the subspecies Sitta europaea asiatica (and not Siberian Nuthatch S. [e.] arctica).
