PhotoShop Elements-Error message (1 Viewer)

Adobe Photoshop Elements:

I have been trying to upload this and my windows system is compatible.

When I click on Install I get a message:

Windows Installer:

Error opening installation log file. Verify the specified log file location exists and is writeable.


I am baffled as in the past I have installed Photoshop with ease. My HP TouchSmart is new and will install other software with ease.

I would be grateful for any advice on what I should do next.

Finally installed

Resolved this issue and now fully installed. It was simple to sort out once I had the answer to my question :-O
