It's a Kestrel but I do not know which ones you get there

Thanks Tom. Can you tell me the strong distinguishing marks for you ?

Here is a Kestrel I took later the same day but in a different location.

The red-brown upperside is distinctive for Kestrels and not shown by any other small Falcon.

Eurasian Kestrel Falco tinnunculus.
