Great grey shrike. (1 Viewer)

Had a quick dash from home this afternoon to try and locate the shrike which was seen recently four miles from where I live.. No problem it showed within five minutes of my arrival and gave me stunning views for almost five minutes. I must admit I was very pleased with the find particularly as I was back home within the hour. Not bad for "An old un"

Well done John!...I've narrowly missed the GGS recently,so I reckon it 's down to luck rather than age!
