Bullfinch Looking Injured? (1 Viewer)

I have a pair of Bullfinches visiting my garden and the female has a very thin, scruffy looking neck. I wondered if it was a fledgling, but it has a black cap so I have ruled that out. I presume its been injured somehow?

Its male partner has white areas on its pink chest, but I'm putting that down to moulting?

Sorry for the rubbish photos, best my equipment can do.
