First bat this year (1 Viewer)

Last night I got my first call out to a bat this year. Turned out to be an adult male soprano pipistrelle, found grounded at an address in Glasgow. After a few hours rest, a thorough examination and a wee heat at a radiator to bring him up to flying temperature he flew off into the night without so much as a backward glance.
