Hi Gull-people!
Again I have a cachinvolvement-feeling for the left bird. Somewhat darker iris, much black in slender bill, pale legs... Or is it just a female-type Herring?

Thanks for ideas ;)

Well within argentatus variation. But it's hard to say how much the variation of argentatus is influenced by cachinnans :)

especially in your neck of the woods, petteri ;) - i often ask myself.
but this bird looks abs. ok for silbermöwe. iris pigmentation is somewhat variable even in argentatus and there are really more cachi-like looking birds which are ID-ed as argentatus than this one.
