Herring gull or Ring-billed gull? (1 Viewer)

I visited a friend's lake today to get some bird pics and she has a bunch of gulls. I know gulls can be hard to identify so wondering if this is maybe a first winter herring or ring-billed gull.

I believe this is a first winter ring-billed gull

Thanks! I went back over my pictures and can clearly see a ring-bill on the bigger birds.
