ive just spent a week on Fuerteventura, and what a great place it is. saw most of my target species inc Houbara Bustard, Egyptian Vulture, Black-bellied Sandgrouse, Laughing Dove, Barbary Falcon/Partridge & Trumpeter Finch, Canarian Blue Tit and only dipping on Fuerteventura Chat & Cream-coloured Courser. plus all the commoner stuff and the added bonus of a Great Snipe as well. if anyones going over soon and wants any info on what areas to visit, esp for great views of the Vultures, just ask and ill be happy to share with you... cheers!
