BWPi version 1 Problems accessing the handbook (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I have just noticed that I am unable to access either the concise write up or the handbook. I haven't tried this feature for a while and I was wondering if it is an issue that appeared when I upgraded to Windoze 10.

When I click on the concise or the handbook icon i get an error message "Crex.exe has stopped working" and the program shuts down.

Anyone else have this problem?

Update

I have found out from a fellow birder who has Windoze 10 that his is working fine so that rules out Win 10 as the cause. Still need help if anyone has had this problem please.
