delete a sent email from recipient's inbox (1 Viewer)

My wife just sent an email that she shouldn't have.

She's working in the Microsoft Outlook Web App, on a Mac.

Is there anyway to delete the message from the recipient's inbox, or whilst it is en route? The delivery status says that the delivery has been delayed...

Thanks for any advice!

Short answer is no, once sent it is gone. The delivery may be delayed or may fail, but these are out of your hands.
 
There is an option on microsoft outlook clients to "recall" a message. It only works if it has not already been read and it most often requires that the recipient is nice to accept the recall.
