99% sure it's a manky mallard (1 Viewer)

I saw this duck Oct 4/17 at Lynde Shores in Whitby, Ontario. I'm 99% sure it's a manky mallard. Hubby is positive it's a manky American wigeon. Somehow I don't think the American wigeons end up manky
