The ones to the left and right of it are least. It looks bigger to me. The one far right is probably semipalmated, with the blunt bill.
 
And the bill? It's a bit long, but mostly straight. Are the bills of males and females different enough to notice?

According to Kaufman the Western male and Semipalmated female bills are the same length. The semipalmated male bill is clearly smallest.
