I was photographing some pied flycatchers outside my garden yesterday and got this bird as well. The nearest I get is a Melodious Warbler - but they should have gone from here about two weeks ago.

Thanks; flatter head and the eye stripe. I've never seen a WW before but our local bird bible, Les Oiseaux de la Drôme, says that now is the peak time for the autumn migration of them through here.
