I am visiting Illinois on wednesday fof a couple of weeks. Main reason is to visit family but there will be plenty of time for birding. We will be based in Naperville and hope to spend some time down near the Cache River which will be a first for us.

Anything special we should be looking out for?

Just to say thanks for the help and I had a fantastic holiday. Good fun and loads of birding. I think some of my favourite birds I saw were, Great horned owl, Pileated woodpecker, Prothonotary warblerand Blackburnian warbler, They are jsut the highlights that come to mind at this moment.
Any way I am looking forward to my next trip out there.
