a warbler in Jeddah (1 Viewer)

i have posted this before as an Olivaceous Warbler

now i am sure it is not, i am guessing a willow warbler, the shot was taken on 27th of February, he might be an early arriving one.

I assume the 'loud chek calls' under the photo refers to when you have heard other Oilvaceous Warblers? This bird looks very Chiffchaff (subspecies?) like to me

A willow would never have such black legs - so will go along with James

yes i agree i went after the chulks of the OW, but could capture this one, it happened to me last week was after it and ends up to capture a whitethroat.

Thanks a million, James and Howard for that. i remember CC winters here longer than WW. looool i will edit this post.
