Had my first adult male Ruby-throated Hummer come by today. 10 days earlier than my earliest record. Unfortunately, the da*m butter-butts chased him away. I'm talking over 4 dozen of them. I am so ready for them to move on.

Holy cow that's a bunch of butter butts KC! I haven't been to the forum today yet but I'm hoping to see your little guy there soon.

By the way, I just lost a dozen of my anna's and rufous a few days ago. Guess they finally decided to migrate like they should have in the fall. No worry though, I still have some here and hopefully more will come back.

My rufous is still hanging around in Darlington. His colors have changed dramatically in a week's time.

I've got several Broad-billed, a couple of Black-chinned and a lovely male Costa's Hummingbird in my yard at the moment.

Have not seen any Hummingbirds in the Pocono's guess its still to cold.
