This one is trouble for me - maybe thinking it too hard. I'm sure this one is easy for the European birders...

Wing bar pattern makes me think Firecrest, but the dark cap and the seed-eater beak doesn't look right.
Maybe a immature or female Chaffinch but with an eye line? Something entirely different?

Help appreciated on this and a couple more to come.
