Golden Eagle or Young Bald Eagle? (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody, my dad took a picture of this bird in a field last fall. Do you think it is a juvenile bald eagle or a golden eagle? Maybe even a juvenile golden eagle? We thought it was a golden eagle, but I just wasn't sure because of all the white spots.

The depth of the bill and general stucture suggests Bald

Hi deffinetly a bald eagle size of bird and bill. also coloration, two light for a goldie.
