This bird was seen in Perge in Turkey two weeks ago. I am thinking Eleonora Falcon. Would this be correct?
Thanks for your help.

Correct...Long winged and relatively long tailed!....I recount seeing c100 of these birds in various plumage phases c30 yrs ago, near Mount Olympus, Greece and the overriding jizz/structure to my eye was long tailed and rakish!
