Hi guys,

This one is from Minca. I'm not entirely sure about the elevation.
I'm not convinced about it being a Scrub greenlet but i'm lacking other options. Maybe a tody-tyrant?

Best guess is pale-eyed pygmy tyrant. Birds of Northern S Am says that it's similar to pearly-vented tody-tyrant but that that has a longer bill and brown upperparts. The other elements of the description there inc. greyish crown fit too. [should have said it's definitely not the greenlet.]
