Crodol

Well-known member
Spotted in Suan Luang last weekend.

1. looks like a Red-eyed Bulbul but according to the guide it is not common in Central Thailand, so I am not sure...

2. the same as 3. and 4. ?

3. + 4. Is this a Streak-eared Bulbul?

1 is a prinia, prob a non-breeding Rufescent
rest look ok for Streak-eared Bulbuls

Hi birdyboyb and crodol, basically I agree with this, but to me the tail seems a bit too long, and the supercilium too thick? for a Rufescent, how about Plain imm. (bill color)?

Just my thoughts...
M :smoke:

Plain was the only other consideration....what threw me was the fieldguide shows Plain as having a dark bill, not pinkish as in pic
