I went out this morning, actually before dawn, and went to two places first is Clark County Wet Lands Park and I sat in one spot for almost two hours at Sunset Park Pond.

As I work through my photos I will add more and more to the list.

The one bird that I got a photo of but it is not a good one is a Hawk that I saw at the Wet Lands park.

I have never seen a Quail in my life and I saw a beautiful one today called a

GAMBELS QUAIL

Another one I saw (thank you for your help) is a

SAY'S PHOEBE

And at the Sunset park was the (and once again thank you for the help)

Okay this surprised me today because I have not seen one of these since I lived in Virginia. If you look all the way to the left on this photo you will see a Gull. He is basically just minding his own business.

I did not see what set off several Geese but I assume he went after a nest because for a half an hour they went after this poor bird and when I left the pond at Sunset Park he was floating on his back with his legs up in the air, I do not know if he was alive or dead when I left the park, but I hope somehow he survived
