Fledgling Robin (1 Viewer)

So there's a baby robin in my backyard. He looks to be maybe 3-5 days away from being able to fly. His parents are around, although I can't find where the nest is located.

I have two large dogs (who already almost ate him) and my neighbour has many cats that are outdoor cats.

I don't want to take in and care for a baby bird unless I have to, but I'm worried that either my dogs or the neighbours cat are going to eat/kill/injure him.

Do I let nature take it's course, or should I step in ?

Hi wynter and a warm welcome to you on behalf of the Staff and Moderators.

We have guidelines for you here. Good luck and let us know the outcome please.
