Owl (?) pellets (1 Viewer)

Any suggestion where I can look to ID a pellet? I found it lying on a sign board here in Azerbaijan which had clearly been used as a perch. It measures c. 60 x 20mm and on quick inspection contains small rodent jaw bones. Suspects are larger owls (SEO, LEO, eagle owl) or a raptor.
