Summer & Winter birds (1 Viewer)

I allways think this is an odd time of year.
The Summer birds are arriving, before the winter ones have had time to depart.

For example today i saw Swallow, Sand Martin, Wheatear, Little ringed Plover along with Fieldfare, Redwing, Snow Bunting, Water Pipit, Pink footed Goose.

There again, we do seem to be experiencing all 4 seasons in one day at the moment!

I think if i were a Swallow i'd put off coming 'home' for a while yet !
