Duck ID please (1 Viewer)

Within this flock of Northern shovelers there was a duck I couldn't identify, it is the one on the upper left with the white stripe on the head.
Can you help with the ID?

I don't see a "white stripe", just the way the light is reflecting off the head of the Shoveler behind and the contrast between that and the head of the one in front, which is in shadow. All Northern Shovelers for me.
