Can someone please confirm that this is a juvenile Sharp-shinned Hawk ? Taken in Port Credit Ontario in Sept.

To me this a Cooper's Hawk. Large prominent head, streaking stops at mid belly, no barring at all, and outer tail feathers shorter than inner.
