Apologies if I'm not using the right forum - please redirect me if that's so.
A friend of mine and I are heading to S France at the very beginning of 2018.
Two things: one, it would be great to know if there are any local guides who might take us to good spots and save valuable time; two, and failing that, we would love some advice about where to find some of our target birds (realizing that some are easier than others, and some are really unlikely):
- Wallcreeper
- Alpine Accentor
- Citril Finch
- Snow Finch
- Eagle Owl
- Moustached Warbler
- Pin-tailed Sandgrouse
- Great Spotted Eagle (still there?)
- Long-legged Buzzard (still there?)
- Bonelli's Eagle
- Nutcracker
- Little Bustard
- Calandra Lark
- Hazel Grouse
