Dragonflies ID Sierra Leone (1 Viewer)

These photos were taken in Sierra Leone and an identification would be much appreciated as I only have field guide covering Europe.

1correct, Palpopleura portia
3 Palopleura lucia
For the three species in SL counts: Male is blue, female yellow and black.
P deceptor has hardly any black in the wing P portia looks like it is lucia after a gun battle where half of the black has been ripped off. P lucia has most of the wing black yet not the tip(if it is, it's Rhyothemis)
