This bird flyes by my office window every single day. Today was the first time I was able to take a shot of it. I think is a hawk, but I have no idea what type o hawk. The pic is not very good, but hopefully enough for ID.

Adult female Northern Harrier.Seem to recall a paper in 'Birding World' on these stating that even adult females differ from Hen Harriers(Circus cyaneus cyaneus) of the same age based on the barring on the under-primaries:it's getting late now and I don't have the reference to hand....
