saw white woodpigeon in with massive flock got a photo but not that good how rare or common are they was between crieff and auchterarder
 
LOL Kinkell I'm going to be difficult and say that they're neither rare, nor common! ;) But rather somewhere in between.

There's actually a couple of possibilities, it could be an albino (did it have red eyes) or leucistic.

Alternatively, it could be a lost homing pigeon (that come in all sorts of colours) that's teamed up with a flock of woodies.
 
There's a bird I've been seeing on off at Loch Leven since 2007 that's a white Woodpigeon. I may even have a photo somewhere.
