Mystery Snake in Ontario (1 Viewer)

I saw this beautiful snake at Point Pelee National Park, Ontario, Canada on May 19, 2014. Is it a form of garter snake or maybe a rat snake?

I think you are right! We usually see green and yellow garter snakes in Ottawa, rather than the brown and gold featured in the photo. Once you provided the lead, I checked it out on Wikipedia and found a very similar photo. Thanks for setting me on the right path ...
