Hello from Wales (1 Viewer)

Hi all you other bird lovers. I'm from Wales and live in a little oasis for the birds because cats never visit my garden because I'm right in the middle of an industrial estate. Not that you'd know it if you were in my garden as it's surrounded by trees and bushes. It was pretty void of birds when I first moved here but once I hung up some feeders in the trees and nesting boxes I soon had a regular flock that pretty much live in my garden, consisting of blue tits, great tits, coal tits, long tailed tits, green finches, gold finches, chaffinches, bull finches, robins, hedge sparrows, dunnocks, grey wagtails, black birds, crows, wood pigeons, collared doves and more besides!

Hi Jacqui and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news. It sounds like you live in quite an oasis for birds, and get lots of lovely species visiting you.
